Terms & Conditions

We are delighted that you have chosen Cyprus Wedding Decorators (“CWD“) for your upcoming wedding. We look forward to helping you create a truly memorable and beautiful occasion.

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they form the basis of your agreement with us.

1. AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes a contract between the Client and Cyprus Wedding Decorators (CWD) for the provision of wedding decoration services, including any services carried out by approved subcontractors.

By confirming your booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. DECORATION ARRANGEMENTS

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including guest numbers and venue details, to allow CWD to prepare and supply the required décor.

CWD cannot be held responsible for errors, delays, or cancellations resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Any changes to the venue, date, or timings must be communicated and confirmed in writing. Failure to do so may result in services being unavailable due to prior commitments.

3. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

The Client must inform CWD of any external decorators or suppliers providing similar services at the venue.

4. OWNERSHIP OF HIRE ITEMS

All décor items supplied by CWD are provided on a hire basis only and remain the property of CWD at all times.

5. DAMAGE, LOSS & RESPONSIBILITY

The Client accepts full responsibility for all hired items from delivery until collection.

Any items that are damaged, broken, or missing (including but not limited to centrepieces, chair covers, sashes, glassware, and display items) will be charged at full replacement or repair cost.

6. BOOKING FEE & PAYMENTS

A non-refundable booking fee of €100 is required to secure your wedding date.

A total deposit of 20% of the overall booking value is required to confirm décor items.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one month prior to the wedding date.

Minimum Spend Requirements (excluding delivery/setup):

Paphos (central): €100

Paphos (outskirts): €100

7. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS

Bookings made close to the wedding date are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of confirmation.

8. DELIVERY, SETUP & COLLECTION

All décor will be delivered, installed, and collected by CWD staff.

While we aim to meet all agreed timings, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Late-night collection (from 01:00 onwards) will incur an additional fee of €150.

9. DELIVERY POLICY

Yacht Weddings: Complimentary delivery is included.

Venues 12km–30km from Paphos Harbour: A delivery fee of €50 applies.

Separate Ceremony & Reception Locations: A relocation fee of €50 applies for transport and reinstallation.

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

The booking fee is strictly non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the wedding date will incur an additional €50 administration fee.

Cancellations within 4 weeks of the event will be charged in full.

CWD reserves the right to waive fees at its discretion (must be confirmed in writing).

In the unlikely event that CWD must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will either: Arrange a suitable alternative supplier, or provide a full refund.

11. VENUE RESTRICTIONS

The Client is responsible for checking with the venue regarding any restrictions on décor items such as candy carts, Ferris wheels, food carts, sparklers, or hanging installations.

CWD will not be liable for non-delivery of items due to venue restrictions, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Post boxes are not lockable; a designated person should be assigned to manage contents. CWD accepts no responsibility for lost or missing items. Post boxes must not be removed from the venue.

12. SAFETY

CWD reserves the right to refuse setup or services if the environment is deemed unsafe.

Any required rescheduling due to unsafe conditions caused by the Client or guests will be at the Client’s expense.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

CWD shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural events, or government restrictions.

No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

14. LIABILITY

CWD is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of hired items.

The Client is responsible for ensuring all items are used safely and appropriately.

15. PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTION

CWD reserves the right to use photographs and videos of décor setups for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials.

Clients must notify us in writing prior to the event if they do not wish for their images to be used.

All images and videos taken by CWD remain our property.

16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Payment of the booking fee confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and secures your event date with Cyprus Wedding Decorators.
