We are Delighted you have selected Cyprus Wedding Decorators (“CWD“) for your forthcoming Wedding and we look forward to making it a memorable occasion. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
AGREEMENT
All decorations are for HIRE ONLY and must be returned in the same condition as when hired
Any items found broken, damaged or missing, you will be charged full price to enable us to repair or replace these items
When ordering, please request our booking form and use the item codes from the brochure and descriptions along with the amount of the item you would like
Photos are for sample purposes only, some slight changes may occur
Please check with us that hanging décor can be used at your venue choice
Flowers provided will be silk unless stated to us that you would like fresh. There will be additional charges for fresh flowers
For any bespoke/personalised items, the order needs to be placed at least 2 months before your wedding
There are no delivery charges for any décor hired for a yacht reception
Any venues for ceremony or reception that are further than12KM but less than 30KM of the Paphos area there will be an additional delivery charge of €50
The audio guestbook telephone booth has a charge of €50 for delivery and setup
If you have booked items to be used for ceremony and then reception but the venues/area are in different locations, there may be an additional moving fee for the items to be transported and set up at your reception venue/area
Please note some food items may contain traces of nuts, gluten etc. Please check with us if you have guests in your party with allergies
Brochure prices are subject to change at anytime due to any significant changes in Currency and VAT
To secure your chosen decorations for your special day we will require a non-refundable 20% deposit and this can be paid into our Cyprus bank account in Euros (the exchange rate will be governed by your banks exchange rate)
The outstanding balance will be due 45 days prior to your wedding date
